In the case of purchase of a product from naturesantidote.com.au which satisfies one of these cases we will happily arrange a refund or exchange of the product, provided the product is in its original condition, un opened and we are notified within 7 business days of receiving the product:

• The product proves faulty within 7 days of receiving the product.

• The product does not match its description as provided when sold.

• The product received is not the product ordered.

• The product has been damaged in transit.

Please contact us immediately if any of the above has happened to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Parcels that are lost after being delivered with an authority to leave are not eligible for a refund.

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
